Update/reset the Android™ operating system with a PC

The update of Android™ system allows to install its earlier version or to re-install the operating system from a PC. This operation erases all personnal data (contacts, pictures, files, passwords, etc.).
This action has no effect on the SIM card(s) nor the SD card.

NB: to provide you with the latest update version of your model, the phone's IMEI will be requested.

Warning: the procedure mentioned here entails the complete deletion of all personal data saved on user’s phone.
